In the same space, you’ll also find al kostat. It’s a different kind of restaurant, one where Jordi Vilà and the alkimia team offer a menu that celebrates improvisation and freshness in meticulously prepared dishes and tapas designed to be shared and with bon vivants in mind.
On the al kostat menú are a range of proposals from which to choose, from baked macaroni to red mullet paella to string beans and potatoes and stuffed pig’s feet.
