With just six tables at alkimia we offer a highly personalised experience, so to make sure that clients can enjoy our services rather than missing out because of the late cance- lations of some clients we have set up a new reservation system that requires credit card verification.
In order to make a reservation it is obligatory to accept these conditions as well as our cancellation policy.
When making a reservation request and to guarantee it, credit card data will be request-ed. To verify the card there is a charge of 1 euro made to the credit card.
Your table will NOT be confirmed until you receive an email confirming the reservation.
If a table is not available for the requested date, you can add your name to a waiting list and we will contact you as soon as possible if there is a cancellation.

We only accept reservations with a maximum of 2 months previous notice.
It is advisable to tell us about any type of allergy, intolerance or food preference. so that we can adapt to your needs.
If you are coming with children and/or a pushchair, please notify us in the comments space located on the reservation form.
The reservation entitles you to dine on the date, time and with the number of diners indicated.
Changes can be made to a confirmed reservation with a minimum of 5 days in advance of the date of the reservation. Modifications will always be subject to availability at the restaurant. To do this, you must contact the restaurant’s reservations department by calling (+34 93 207 61 15) or write to (firstname.lastname@example.org)
Our reservation protocol requires a confirmation call the same day of the reservation. So please provide your actual telephone number, with complete international codes to contact you from Spain. Also, we need a current email where we can send a confirmation of the reservation and so we can communicate with you regarding any other requirements.
It is very important to arrive punctually so that you can fully enjoy your experience.
Reservations are not nominal, and may be assigned to third parties who will likewise be subject to the acceptance of the booking conditions and the cancellation policy.
On the same day as your reservation, the restaurant’s reservation department will make a confirmation call to you. If we do not receive a reply and / or confirmation before 12 o’clock mid-day, if your reservation is for lunch, or 4 p.m., if your reservation is for dinner, the reservation will be cancelled and you will be charged 50 euros per diner on the credit card you have provided us.
A cancellation of up to three guests will have no cost for the client provided that this is notified a minimum of 8 hours before the date of the reservation.
A cancellation of more than three diners will have no costs for the client provided that this is notified a minimum of 24 hours before the date of the reservation.
If you do not notify your cancellation by email(email@example.com) more than 8 hours in advance, for reservations of one to three diners, and 24 hours in advance, for reservations of more than three diners, a charge of 50 euros per diner will be charged to the credit card provided.
If you confirmed your reservation but did not come to the restaurant on the day and time indicated, a charge of 100 euros per diner will be made to the credit card that was provided.

The menu that alkimia publishes for its customers in electronic format is not necessarily the exact menu served in the restaurant on the day of your reservation because of market conditions and / or other reasons of force majeure. Even so, the content will essentially match that indicated.
