PURCHASE CONDITIONS FOR ALKIMIA GIFT VOUCHERS
Each gift voucher has a unique identiﬁer linked to the data of the purchaser and the person receiving the voucher.
The gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
After 12 months have expired you can only reactivate the voucher if you contact the reservations department at firstname.lastname@example.org or +34 93 2076115 and payment is required for the difference stipulated by the restaurant.
The gift voucher is not linked to any speciﬁc booking date. To formalize the reservation of any gift voucher, the holder must contact the reservation department of the restaurant by phone or email and formalize the reservation by providing the gift voucher number.
The reservation will be subject to availability at the restaurant.
Once the reservation has been formalized, changes and modiﬁcations to the date are accepted as long as they are communicated 24 hours in advance.
If the customer does not notify changes to the date of their reservation more than 24 hours in advance, the gift voucher will be cancelled. Also, if the customer conﬁrms a reservation and does not come on the conﬁrmed date and time, the voucher will be cancelled.
Menus are subject to variations in the seasonality of products.
The gift voucher can be obtained in 3 different ways:
1. By coming to the restaurant to collect it from Monday to Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. or from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
2. Providing a postal address where it can be sent. This service has an additional cost of 5 euros. The letter will be sent by ordinary postal mail certiﬁed with acknowledgment of receipt.
3. Providing an email address where the voucher can be sent digitally.
