The Macarfi Guide has placed our restaurant Alkimia in 2nd position among the most outstanding restaurants in its gastronomic guide for 2026. We heard the good news a few weeks ago in Madrid, during its gala night, which was attended, on behalf of alkimia, by Sònia Profitós , head chef and owner of the restaurant.
